Good day!
Colleagues, please share your experience in organizing an electronic database for contracts / agreements.
Now we use our own invented structure in Confluence.
What is necessary:

• Maintaining a register of contracts
  
• Maintaining a linked register of subcontracts
  
• Identification of stages and their cost in contracts
  
• Tracking deadlines, incl. by stages, with signaling in advance of their completion
  

What is desirable:

• Appointment of responsible
  
• Coordination of documents
  
• Maintain contract costs
  
• Ability to issue tasks / subtasks with control over their implementation
