What software would you recommend for LONG-TERM planning of many projects and accounting for T&T?
Good afternoon!
We need advice from project managers)
We are looking for software with the following requirements:
1) Availability of the "Project Templates" tool. There are many regularly recurring projects, it makes sense to use templates to recreate the main stages and tasks.
2) The ability to visualize several projects at once (eg Gantt charts)
3) Team members work on many projects at the same time, you need to track who is how busy at different times. TZT account.
Tasks:
- plan the main projects in advance
- see and understand how the shift in the timing of one project will affect other projects
- connect additional resources in time if a team member is overloaded with many projects
That is, the point is that you need to see all projects more globally than just in the task tracker.

Look towards Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft Project
This is probably the best tool for planning.

Suddenly - this is Microsoft Project :)
It is long-term planning. Precisely template projects. It is with visualization. It is with the distribution of resources.
This thing is not really for a small office. This is a serious system, for factories, for decent-sized offices. It is paid and very expensive - but just as such a serious, global planning system - it is good.
Hey!
MS Project is a good thing, but expensive and requires skill to work with.
Now there are many online tools that are cheaper and easier. On Habré there is an overview of a large range of such systems: https://habr.com/en/post/276873/
I would try wrike and basecamp. The first one is now on the wave - beautiful, comfortable, not very expensive.
