What data encryption software should I use now? I used to use TrueCrypt, it was a long time ago, now the OS is already running Windows 10, what should I use for full disk encryption? Including system...
TrueCrypt recommends BitLocker, can it be trusted?
Or there are still real, worthy alternatives?

There is a fork of TrueCrypt VeraCrypt, rewritten and verified, you can encrypt it, he himself often used it for encryption in offices.
Trucrypt recommends Bitlocker because there someone put a soldering iron where they shouldn’t, but you need to understand.
There is also PGP-Desktop, but it is paid.

Нет оснований доверять BitLocker
TrueCrypt пока остаётся одним из лучших вариантов, если нужно шифровать не системный диск.
Для windows ещё есть diskcryptor.net (только сайт не открывается - автор просрочил свой ssl сертификат...)
Если совсем ничего не найдётся, а зашифровать нужно всё -> ставить linux с luks / dm-crypt и в вирт.машину ставить windows...
