I decided to completely transfer Telegram to VeraCrypt Linux
But I don’t understand how to transfer the WHOLE TELEGRAM I transferred only telegram-decstop
how to do it right?

Find a directory with Telegram.
Throw it in a container.
Everything.

Telegram stores data in ~/.TelegramDesktop, and by default puts downloaded files in ~/Downloads/Telegram Desktop. You can override the first one with the -workdir parameter at startup, and the second one in the settings.
