What software to use for reverse proxy on VPS?

I'm trying to hide the real IP of my server through a small VPS. We need a solution so that the server, after forwarding traffic, sees the client's IP, and not my VPS proxy. Minecraft server, HTTP headers cannot be used.

Unfortunately, there is no way to proxy traffic
