What software to determine which server is “knocking”, for example Skype?

Recently, Skype partially stopped working (important for work. ), messages stopped being sent, the web version does not load at all. I attribute this to the fact that many Microsoft servers were added to hosts, in one way or another connected with telemetry services, and Skype began to use one of them for its work. Now, the crux of the matter; what software to determine which IP or URL this Skype is trying to connect unsuccessfully to, what could I then remove from the hosts?
