Windows+RDP and everything is available by default. Why another program?
In general, in Windows, a lot of things can be done remotely, and even without access to a remote desktop. If the network has AD, then everything is much simpler. If there is no blood pressure, it is more difficult, but the same is possible :-)
For non-server Windows, two active sessions (the user in the console and you remotely) are prohibited by the license agreement and they are generally not possible without changing the system libraries. This applies to RDP connections.
Other types of connections do not have such severe restrictions.
Active Directory in general, and for example RSAT in particular.
Isn't TeamViewer good enough for this? In addition, it is used in many institutions.
