What software to choose for backup with email notifications?

Hello, here is the complete list of requirements:
1. Working on Windows.
2. Sending an e-mail in case of errors during the copying process.
3. Incremental and differential copies.
4. Copying ntfs acl and temporary attributes.
5. Free.
PS I know that there is robocopy, ntbackup, data archiving system. No doubt these are cool things, but they do not know how to work with email.
