Backup Linux server from windows machine. What can be organized?

Good afternoon.
Comrades, please tell me about this question:
There is a server on ubuntu-server 14.04, there is a machine on Windows 7, you need to completely copy the ubuntu server once a month and put a backup on a Windows machine. That is, make a full copy of the hard drive with subsequent copying over the local network, so that in the event of a hard drive death (very harsh operating conditions and hard drives die every six months), simply deploy the backup to a new hard drive and insert it into the server, resume its work.
Can you tell me what tool this can be done?
Thanks in advance.

We divide the task into several logically simple ones -
1) Create an image of the system.
3)Create a copy of the data
3)Move the image and copy of the data to the backup storage.
You can create an image using, for example, partimage, although in this case I think remastersys would be more appropriate.
How to copy the data itself strongly depends on the data itself - I think there will be no questions here.
Move to storage - mount a network share and write there.

There is such a project https://www.cygwin.com/. These are linux utilities for windows, there are both ssh and rsync. Then I think you'll figure out how to do it. In your place, I copied all the contents of the server via cygwin via rsync with simultaneous compression to tar.gz, so as not to lose file permissions.

I think the task was initially set incorrectly.
Here it is more appropriate to put a second machine on the same Ubuntu, synchronize them with rsync and keep the disks on this machine also open, but only for reading.
Get salvation not only from the death of the screw, but also from "the mouse waved, daddy left" and even from "took and wrote down the document over the right one." Moreover, users themselves will be able to save their heads with simple instructions.
