Now management accounting is kept in an excel table, accounting in 1C Accounting.
The task was to improve management accounting in a more perfect way:

• Maintain inventory and serial numbers
  
• Accounting for repairs
  
• Receipt, transfer to operation (when bought, who owns it now)
