How to automate excel change + upload to website?

Good afternoon!
Every Friday at work, you need to fill out checklists, in which, in general, nothing changes, except for the date. I want to automate this work so that I can run the script and everything is done automatically.
My actions: I
open the excel file, in one cell in two different books I change the date to today, I take a screenshot of the required area, I upload the received screenshots to the site through the interface, i.e. I press to load, I select a file.
It is not necessary to upload screenshots, I can separate each book into a separate excel file and upload them.
Can you please tell me if there is any way to automate these actions?

There is a function = TODAY () which returns the current date when the file is recalculated.
Unfortunately, I can't tell you about the download.
