What software is there to create an interactive map of the enterprise network?

Good day.
Tell me, what software exists to create an interactive network map? From what you need - in the program (preferably cross-platform or WEB, but not essential) I created a layout for the equipment, registered IP addresses in the properties of objects, connected them together. As a result, an interactive network map is obtained, which shows which equipment is currently active, which is disabled.
I used to use Friednly Pinger (the new product is called Algorius Net Viewer), but it's already outdated - there are not many types of modern devices (yes, I want to make everything beautiful). There is SpiceWorks - it monitors perfectly, but it builds an overly simplified scheme, and it is inconvenient to make connections there.
Perhaps someone already uses similar software?

Take Zabbix and kill several birds with one stone:
1. Web interface
2. Monitoring
3. Map

1. Zabbix (universal solution)
2. The Dude (if there is at least one mikrotik)
