How to clear the explorer from ads that are very annoying? What programs would you recommend for this, perhaps some did you use yourself?

I can personally advise this on my own - the chistilka.com program is just struggling with advertising, I don’t know how anyone, but it helped me and now I download movies and music with peace of mind, and I also watch it, nothing pops up anywhere, here.

You can remove flash player, unity, .NET framework, Silverlight, SQL (it doesn't matter which one you have - remove it), all versions of Visual C, Java, and if ads are still present, then most likely you will have to solve the issue in the spirit of the old school aka brute force - with a hammer with a screwdriver, beat off the manufacturer's logos from the monitor, keyboard, etc.
