What software is suitable for broadcasting several IP cameras to the Internet?

Given:
several (up to 10) ip cameras in the local
computer on windows \ linux behind NAT
Need:
A free program for viewing pictures from cameras via the Internet \ mobile application. (viewing records is not needed, only online)
I think there is something similar with support for dyndns or something. But haven't found it yet. Can anyone come across?
There is iSpy, but it has paid access via the Internet.
