What software can program hotkeys to be inserted into the text field of a pre-typed message?

Task:
During the day I have to consult a lot on the product, and as a rule, 80% of my messages are typical.

Desire:
Bind hotkeys to insert popular phrases. To conditionally: ctrl + G = and the phrase "Yes, this feature will be in the new version of the product, which will be released on November 30", is inserted into the text field where the cursor is located. And so on.

Ditto is a clipboard manager. They can do it, but he is better in his main niche.
AHK is generally a little about something else. He can, but also suboptimal.
PhraseExpress is very good, incl. the fact that it can insert snippets according to markers scored in advance, regardless of the layout in which you type them, which is convenient; plus there are menus, etc. But paid, and the settings of the car, you are tormented to wander in them.
