What software can be used to delete clips in AVCHD package on windows?

The camera saves video clips on the memory card as an AVCHD package, and iMovie sees this package and allows you to import clips from it, but does not allow you to delete a single clip from this package, on windows it's even worse, neither the operating system nor davinci resolve perceive this folder as a package , clips can be imported one by one from the BDMV / STREAM folder and you can also delete them, one at a time, but then the structure breaks on the camera and it shows old clips in the file list, but does not allow them to be deleted and swears at the absence of a clip.
The question actually is, is there a program that perceives the AVCHD folder as a package and allows you to correctly delete files from it?
