Where to put huge .fcpbundle files in FinalCut?
When editing in FinalCut Pro X, if you apply effects such as Optical Flow, the .fcpbundle file swells up to several hundred gigabytes. The Macbook only has a 500GB SSD and sometimes there just isn't enough space when processing a long video. How to make this file not swell? So far, I have found a solution in placing this file on an external HDD, but the processing speed drops noticeably, and an external SSD of 1-2 TB is expensive. How do you solve this problem.
PS: Importing files into .fcpbundle is disabled in settings, FCPX only works with external files.
