What skills does a developer need?
In many forums and here on Toaster, it is advised that you should not learn and memorize a language or framework, but use it as a tool for solving problems. Hence the question of what skills are needed for a developer, the skills that distinguish a good developer from a bad coder. What skills are required in order to solve any tasks assigned to you, especially technical ones.
Total:
1. What are the basic skills of a developer, programmer to solve the tasks. What you should pay special attention to, and what skills to hone.
2. If it's not difficult, please give resources, links, on the 1st point.
3. Also, if it's not difficult, are there any articles, stories from real developers about how they set themselves tasks and solved them. What challenges did they face and how did they overcome them?
Thanks !))

Abstract, algorithmic thinking. This is what allows you to imagine the process of the future program in general terms (what it should do functionally), even without really knowing any programming language.
And the framework, language, patterns, the notorious search and reading of documentation - all this should be a tool for implementing this idea. When a programming language, in combination, turns out to be the only step-by-step design tool, this is where the shitty code begins.
