What sites to look for freelance programmers?

About 3 years ago, I always used fl.ru to search for freelancers.
Still, the largest stock exchange in Runet was, you could always find normal programmers.
In the last few months, the need for freelancers again arose.
I posted a vacancy on fl.ru
It seems that the site is dead - dozens of answers from bots, smart guys are very hard to find
As a result, zero result
I tried https://freelansim.ru
The result is much better, but still the site is not so popular
I mostly javascript and python programmers are needed.
Where is it better to look for such now?
Have all the smart guys from Russian stock exchanges moved to upwork?

As practice shows: the more difficult the task, the fewer performers are ready to take it on.
Offices break prices, usually without even imagining the real complexity of the work, and only after signing the contract, they begin to delve into the task.
And specialists - they usually do not look for clients, but on the contrary ... and are constantly busy.
I might have taken it, but I already have a queue even with a pile of work in advance ...
I advise you to find competent programmers/developers on the subject of the highest complexity of your project using the search for blogs and contacts from freelancer profiles on freelance sites and contact them directly through contacts: it will be better, cheaper, and you will find it faster.

All sensible and even stupid things are busy. Post a project with a decent budget and you will be lucky.

Judging by your comments, you either have a task or some kind of brief with which to work for 15-60 minutes. The fact is that specialists are not ready for a ghostly chance to do something for free, when they already have a guaranteed way to do something and earn money.
So respond to everyone in a row with all the interviews, just like that, someone will not do this work for you.

AND?
Why not keep working with the same people.
You have checked them.
They checked you.
If everyone was happy, then what prevents you from continuing?
