How to become a freelancer from scratch?
Such a stereotyped question has matured for a reason. This summer I entered a university, ICT, because I decided to connect my life with programming. At school, they passed and wrote programs in C ++, Pascal, FORTRAN. Also worked in Delphi. I want to do freelancing during my studies. Help, where to start? What industry is best for a beginner, what exchange to work on, what to learn, what to read?

Do what is interesting, read everything that can be useful.
As a beginner programmer, the best job is in the programming industry.
But seriously, what is your question? You know C++, write in it. Know Pascal - look for work related to it. It is best to read the official manuals, you will not find anything cooler.
From exchanges - Freelance , of course.
Answer: to study

, keep your brand, keep the quality
, earn a lot of money,
relax on the islands and spend money
freelancing is the same job just with a different payment system and remotely
the question is configured in how to become a good employee?
I think the answer is clear.
Open any freelance exchange, study the demand for technology and what customers want in general. What you like more and study until you can complete a similar order, for example. In any case, for a programmer, the main thing is to be able to quickly learn anything, so just write for now on anything you like, with a 90% probability you will have to retrain or learn additional technologies.
