Advise a simple billing for an office with a small fleet of machines, 50-60 computers.
The task is to count user traffic, traffic quotas for a period of time, cutting the channel and Internet access when threshold values are reached.

squid+pfsense, several providers, I use quotas, I cut the channel, I restrict access to sites.
