What signal library do you use in JS, or are there better options in other languages?

I need to find a library for convenient digital signal processing, preferably in JS.
But if it doesn't, any other language will do.
In JavaScript, I managed to try the first 10 things from the search, and all of them with some kind of flaws.
That's why I'm asking, maybe there is some more efficient library in another language?
Please do not throw off the results of the search engine, I was there.
I'm interested in exactly the options that have been tested and used by the advisers.

python - numpy, scipy
matlab
In C/C++ it depends what you need from the library. Perhaps fftw or analogues will be enough.
