Preparing for interviews, regardless of its type, is useless. In this case, equally with you, they can just talk heart to heart and drive away on the tin again. It's useless to play guessing game

  1. Find out as much as you can about the company you're interviewing for. During the interview, focus on those things that the company is interested in / appreciates.
  2. Prepare 1-2 "true stories" about your completed projects/tasks that could explain (or mislead) the manager how you work in real conditions.

Anything can be expected in an interview. Basically anything.
Any development scenarios are equally possible. For example, without even seeing you, the manager may decide for himself that he will not hire you, but will invite you only in order to increase his heart rate and from time to time lazily and with an important air to declare that you are completely incompetent and they don’t need such people, that they are a serious company with a serious approach and serious projects, etc.
Or, for example, another extreme is possible, when the manager is largely parallel to you (perhaps he does not understand at all what your position will be and what is happening there) and he invites you only because it is supposed to be so, a formal a nod from management.
If you have time, you can read articles and pick up some hype stuff on the technology you have to work with. This can make a good impression if the manager is very passionate about the project and expects a promising employee. But, as I said, it cannot be said that the probability of this particular scenario is significantly higher than the others ...

If you are interested in the work, and they have many candidates for the position, try to please, look like a responsible person.
If, on the contrary, you are an extremely necessary specialist for them, you can push through more comfortable conditions.
Well, in general, try to understand what kind of person he is, whether it will be comfortable for you to work with him, and how much he really delves into the affairs of the project personally. Maybe you will be under the supervision of the team leader and manager to see once a year. You can ask what internal procedures exist.

It is worth preparing for the aspect of the work to be done, as well as in the field of socialization, for example, to be constantly positive.

Usually when I came across such social services, I never knew who was sitting in front of me, I only later realized that this was a leader or a team leader and not HR
