What should I do if my xiaomi phone gets wet?

Slightly drowned xiaomi redmi 3, stayed in the water for 2-3 seconds.
After that, he began to constantly restart, enter recovery mode, etc.
After some time, we managed to turn it on, but the volume down button and the power button do not work when pressed normally (the phone does not block when pressed; it blocks itself), but if you hold it down, it works.
It also quickly discharges and the camera flash does not work (it works, but the photos are obtained without a flash).
Will it go away on its own after a while or do I need to do something?
PS Once upon a time there was a simple LG phone, which I also drowned, the microphone did not work on the first day and in general it was impossible to make calls, but everything went away on its own after a few days.

It is urgent to carry it to the service, although most likely it is already too late and it is impossible to do without repair.
When wet, it is necessary to urgently pull out the battery to stop the destruction of contacts.
Now you need to put the phone in a container with silica gel or rice and carry it to the master

1. Pull out the battery. STRAIGHTAWAY.
2. Dry. Better in a sealed bag with silica gel. If there is no silica gel, then dry with good ventilation.
3. Do not turn on until completely dry. Maybe a week of drying.
Based on the fact that you violated 1 and 3 - throw it out.
Although, you can still try to dry it for a week WITHOUT a battery. Or at least in the off state, if the battery is not removed.

You need to soak the device in alcohol (alcohol). Not in vodka, but in rectified (96% solution). And not in any alcohol, namely in alcohol (ethanol). Thus, water will dissolve in alcohol. Then drying.

I will assume that the water left stains of salts and any other dirt on the motherboard on the board.
carefully disassemble and clean / rinse with a brush with alcohol.
be careful with the speaker, microphone and screen. everything else is not afraid of alcohol.
I have such one drowned man came to life, he began to play music when turned on. but on the screen cable, three contact pads rotted, so it was written off as corpses.
