I connected the projector to the computer via HDMI, when loading the BIOS, the image is normal, but when loading Windows itself, the screen is green

Возможно, это глюк драйвера. Попробуйте переустановить.

Попробуйте уменьшить разрешение.
Если поможет - возможно дело в кабеле.
