Now a company has approached me that wants to work officially with all the relevant documents. I have an individual entrepreneur - information services and a bank account.
Can you tell me the necessary documents for concluding an advertising deal?
I kind of understood this:

2) Application (specification)
3) Account?
4) Reconciliation act?
I doubt that perhaps some analogue of a consignment note or something else is needed for the invoice. Tell me, please.

1. The division into an additional agreement and a contract is necessary, if you have many clients, then you will have an unchanged form of the contract, and the details are in the appendix. And for simplicity and convenience, I believe that a treaty without annexes is sufficient.
2. Invoice for payment - on the one hand, an atavism in the event of a concluded contract, because payment may be better to be carried out on the basis of a contract. Well, you can consider it as an additional discipline of the client, if the payments are divided into several parts, but you can still contact the client and remind him of the payment under the contract.
3. Be sure to sign the act of completed work after the stage of work ends, for example, monthly. It confirms that the client has accepted your work and has no complaints about their quantity, quality, etc.
4. A reconciliation act may be required if the contract is complex in payments, different amounts, different frequency, and even the client owes money for the work performed and this information has accumulated more than you can count in your mind. Or the client does not agree with the debt. You can sign a reconciliation act at the end of the contract, as if the final document, according to which the parties determine that everything is ok.
