Substitution of ad blocks for provider users?

There is an Internet provider, an order has been received, you need to implement the replacement of advertising blocks through a transparent proxy squid (SQUID), how can I implement it? I tried a lot of ways, I did not find working options, I would be very grateful for the help

Due to the use of https, transparent proxying is not possible. The content of the page in order to replace advertising on it will not work. Even find out the url of this advertisement.

A provider, even for simply running traffic through a proxy, even transparent, at least some, will already lose its reputation (and, accordingly, customers). And proxying https is generally useless if it's not an office where you can slip your root certificate. Bumping for the provider is impossible - because it is impossible to put a root certificate - and without bumping it makes no sense to proxy, because https is opaque. The dude went to blablabla.ru, went inside the site to openhotwetholes.com - and sits, enjoys.
