Share your own, personally experienced vision of what the structure of a web studio should be, in terms of personnel and interpersonal relationships. What recruitment of personnel is required for the implementation of a project to develop websites of the "business card", "corporate", "portfolio" level, etc. Very large sites, such as "social network", etc. are not considered.
