What should be the internet speed?
I don't understand the speed of the Internet.. The
provider promised the Internet speed up to 50 mb/s
And what I see in practice:
Download speed from torrents via cable maximum 8mb/s
Via wifi download speed 1mb/s
If you connect to wifi from your phone, then in connection parameters writes 72mb / s
Different numbers everywhere .. please explain why, with the promised 50 mb, I see the above numbers ?? And what download speed can I really expect with such a package?

The provider promises megabytes. What do you mean, no one knows. There are also megabytes and mebibytes.
If you are promised 50 megabits to get megabytes, divide this number by 8. Or ask Google: https://www.google.ru/search?q=50+megabits+in+megabytes
If your torrents download at a speed 8 megabytes, then this is HIGHER even than the provider promises. In addition, you cannot measure speed on torrents. Go to speedtest.net and test it there.
WiFi speed depends on a million factors: first of all, on your router, network congestion, number of neighbors with routers, protocol standard, frequency, signal level, number of traffic flows.
A phone connected to Wi-Fi will simply write the speed of negotiating the protocol with the router, it rarely has anything to do with reality. And even more so, it does not apply to the speed promised by the provider.
