What should be on a resume without commercial experience?

The main points, as for me, are Skills and Projects, since there is no commercial experience.
In the first of them, based on many recommendations on the network, I did not describe how and when I applied / developed the skill, but just a few keywords and Usage Experience.
But as for the User Experience, I took an approximate amount for the periods in which I devoted time to a particular skill (but this is not accurate :)). That is, it is impossible to accurately calculate, since it would be incorrect to take from the beginning of the first acquaintance (about 5 years ago).
For keywords (middle untitled column), there was a void in the second half of the list. How critical does this seem? Sculpting a list in one line is not good for readability, but some keywords (for example, I would not want to write Cycles for Blender, PBR would not want to, because I’m not good at it, but I want to focus on the technology of interest )
. norms (there are additional technologies in which there is relatively little experience, although in the same Vue.js it was not difficult to practice and apply a week, being previously familiar with Angularjs) Education - will it work? Language skills

- yes, English is pre-intermediate, as grammar tests sometimes show, and I don’t speak English, but this does not prevent me from reading technical literature and having discussions without problems (but not without the help of an interpreter). Is it worth putting intermediate if, in fact, grammar and conversational skills are not particularly useful (judging by myself, it’s not the first year that I have to look for any information on technologies only in English, I have already made it a rule to google only in English, since there are few Russian-language sources useful)
Additional information is purely to confirm skills (JS, C ++ Photoshop, etc.). Are hyperlinked logos parked in pdf resumes, or should full addresses be given?

And finally, with regard to the required experience in general: sometimes it is indicated that the experience must be commercial, sometimes "relative", and often just experience. What do they mean in the last two cases?

"Should I put intermediate" IMHO if you can't communicate with a minimum of errors and perceive English by ear from a native speaker, then this is not intermediate. How are you with your letter?
In the FCE exam that I passed on B2, skills are assessed in a comprehensive manner. As a result, they get a certain average score from all skills.
