What should a trainee developer be able to do?

At the moment I am a 2nd year student at the university, a beginner C/C++ programmer. Recently, there has been a desire to find a job in the specialty. I have no commercial experience. All that was done was tasks for the university, a couple of projects on github and a few of my own developments.
Can I apply for trainee C developer?
I would be very grateful if you tell me what is better to focus on in the resume

You can apply even without knowledge - so send resumes everywhere
Some HR keep resumes of beginners to contact them in a year or more, in the hope that you have grown into a specialist
Opinion about what title X is - all companies have different
C and pluses vary greatly
It is advisable not to replace one with the other in the resume if only one PL is written in the vacancy
Do not write what the labs did in the resume - make human projects out of them and publish them on github
Bring the amount of code on github to 20+ screens of code, with comments in English and tests
Show in projects that you are familiar with standard libs for PL
Everything is about not only C or pluses
