What should a junior+ Magento developer(backend) know and be able to do?

Briefly about myself: I have been working with Magento for 10 months.
I have studied the basics of Magento1 well, in general I do tasks without any problems (If they do not concern third-party services with documentation that is not always clear, etc.), I have written more than 10 ready-made modules on various topics (payment, shipping, checkout) In general, almost any I can do extension.
Magento 2 slightly touched, experience with it about 2-3 months, wrote 2 own modules, one is currently sold by my campaign (the code was checked and approved by senior developers), also performed several dozen tasks on this cms/framework from installing extensions before fixing bugs and improving functionality.
As one of the senior developers says, knowing M1 and having 2-3 months experience with M2, this is Jun+. And with that in mind, I ask two questions:
1) What should a Juniour+ Magento developer know and be able to do?
2) What salary can a Juniour+ Magento developer apply for?
