What should a “correct” landing page look like?

As I understand it, now it is fashionable to sell everything through landing pages. I can't stand them. I'm looking for the navigation section with my eyes, but I see porridge. Anyway. Let's say I have a product (maybe it will be if I don't abandon it, like everything else), made of iron. It is specific, so I don’t have much hope of selling it. But it's worth a try, I think. So, where can I see an example of a good single product landing page? And better, a ready-made template, since I am a typesetter, like a ballerina from a pig.

And what about the good old ThemeForest'a?
If you don’t feel sorry for $10-60 for a template, you will quite pick up a very interesting landing for yourself)

If you are not a very good coder, look towards ready-made solutions. In fact, dozens, if not hundreds of services for creating sales pages have emerged over the past year.
I made a landing for myself here , not only the beauty of the template in terms of design, but also the usability of the page itself, everything is ok with their templates.
In extreme cases, there are a large number of templates for WP, you can also find a suitable one, but for God's sake, I don't use joomla for this :)
