What settings are needed for my computer to see microtik?

Good afternoon. There is microtik and 5 switches connected to it. I can't access microtik from my computer via winbox because it doesn't see microtik. Attached is a diagram of how everything is connected. Help who understands.

Are there any restrictions in the ip service winbox settings?

Mikrotik is pinged by ip?
Bridge ports?
