Free software for organizing a home router on Windows

I want to make myself a home router and NAS on HP Proliant Micro Server under Windows 2008.

Tell me free software: router + firewall + NAT.

I don't want built-in ICS, it used to be buggy.

Windows 2008 already has everything.
"Embedded ICS" is in client editions, and in Windows 2008 it is Routing and Remote Access Service. And believe me, it is not buggy (with straight arms).
PS Why don't you want Windows Home Server?
