The Lighttpd 1.4.45 service is installed, the installer added the program to the list of allowed in Windows Firewall and listens on 0.0.0.0:8080 (checked with netstat -q) The
port is available locally and also through the ip of the machine. Connected to a private Wi-Fi network, which is listed as Private network.
The web server is accessible from another machine only when Windows Firewall is disabled.
