What services exist for manual testing of mobile applications (winphone, ios)?

Hello, I am writing a cross-platform application on phoneGap. It works fine on android devices, but unfortunately there is no way to test it for other platforms.
Tell me, are there services (or other ways) for manual testing of an application for wp and ios?
