Is scrolling acceptable for a home page where more than half of the button does not fit into the page?
There is a fitness center app. The developers gave it for testing. On the home page there are buttons, and at the bottom - the button "Order a club card". In the TOR, everything fits into the page, but on a smartphone with a screen of 5 "more than half of the button does not fit.
The developer thinks that this is not a bug and that it is impossible to beautifully layout for each phone. What to do? Is it normal to leave a scroll in this case for the home page ?

depends on the layout, sometimes poor scrolling is the lesser of evils, if the layout is not thought out for a small resolution, then scrolling is often better than small text, etc.
This is not a bug.
But it is also possible to make it, for almost every modern smartphone.
Another question is how long it will take.
Pay extra for adaptive layout, if not previously agreed.
