Convenient PDF Reading on Android
I have been using HTC Dezire Z for a month. My first Android.
I read PDF books in Acrobat Reader. It is clear that reading is often interrupted and it is nice that the next opening of the Reader shows the place in the book where I left off. But this does not always happen. If I actively used other applications, then Acrobat Reader somehow closes in the background. And the next load of it requires opening the document again, and what is most unpleasant, scrolling the document to the point where I left off. Rarely do you remember the page number.
Not only Reader closes this way, other applications do too. And apparently the threshold for “pushing out” less active applications is the number 8.
Actually the question is: can I somehow specify that Acrobat Reader does not close under any circumstances?
Secondary questions on the same topic:
- Is it possible to change the number of simultaneously running applications (in my case 8), after exceeding which running programs begin to close? where how?
- can you recommend another PDF reader for Android that saves the position in a previously opened workbook even after closing?

Aldiko saves the place where you read it, but it has big problems with displaying PDF. There are just PDF readers (you can look at the w3bsit3-dns.com forum, it’s convenient to search there), which work slowly, but remember the closing place. I won't tell you the name due to the age of use.
I use ezPDF Reader (paid version). There are enough complaints (for example, there is still no option to “pull” page after page, you have to click to go to the next / previous page), but I haven’t found a better one yet in terms of the pros / cons ratio. I remember the page all the time.
