What services are used in the design of software requirements?

What services are used in the design of software requirements?
For example, we use:
Specifications: https://realtimeboard.com/ + Gdocs
Server API: swagger.io + Atlassian Confluence (wiki description)
Design: https://app.zeplin.io/ + Dropbox (slicing files)

Yes, in fact, whatman paper + stickers and a Kanban board for the jira, specifications and requirements (as well as test cases, definition of done) for the stories themselves in the jira + google docs (for QA).
I don’t really like this approach and now I’m looking for alternatives, in particular, I somehow want the specs to be in terms of GivenWhenThen, then it will be possible to slightly optimize the maintenance of project documentation. But while there are problems with implementation. The realtimeboard was abandoned right away because ... stickers are more convenient and more visual at stand-up rallies. Here the profit is greater for those who have a distributed team.
Regarding the server API - strange as it may seem, the documentation in markdown is written by hand and stored in git. On the one hand, this is a pain in the ass, since you need to support it with your hands, on the other hand, it’s convenient, since it’s simple (what could be easier?) + you can see changes in the API over a period, which can be convenient.
I didn’t really understand the swagger, if you can somehow follow the changes in the API, then it makes sense. If not, then I don't see the point. It is convenient only when the development of clients takes place by the forces of another development team and this is all spaced out in time.
But thanks for zeplin, it's interesting to look, now it's chaos, which is partially solved by some internal forces, but in general, this is the most trashy part so far. Basically, our designers love google drive and the local file system, which is not very productive, especially when it comes to slicing. Although it seems like they are planning to introduce something to make the situation better, but I still don’t know exactly what.
