What server configuration to choose for a Node js bot?

There is a VK group bot (now in php) that answers people and does some manipulations with information.
But it is necessary for me that still in opred. time was performed opred. script (cron is not suitable for this for some reason).
The question is, what server configuration to choose: cores, memory, what system to install, and so on?
I just have no idea how much and what the linux system needs to work, how much the node itself needs.

To answer people and manipulate text of small sizes, a minimal VPS will do.
