What scaling methods are available for IIS 7-10?
Hello!
I have a REST site that runs on static and Angular.JS. It is necessary to increase its availability and performance (up to 50 thousand requests per second at the peak).
Previously, I tried to raise a web farm on IIS 7.5, but it did not turn out to be anything good. Now we are looking towards NBL and ARR.
Perhaps more experienced people in this matter will help with the correct direction for movement.
Thank you!

Only NLB, as well as the inclusion of shared configuration on all nodes. And the content is also better placed on a network ball on a separate server.
It will also be useful to enable a shared certificate store if you are going to use https.
ARR is a very dumb thing, and will not allow you to correctly bring one of the nodes into service.
