What sanctions can be applied to a domain/hosting that copies our online service?

There is a service with a map of Russia, on which the coordinates of oil depots are marked. Someone is constantly trying to copy it. How can you punish such "literates"?

Is it super unique copyrighted content or intellectual property?
For example
, I googled wtoil.ru/neftebasi.html
https://client.gpn-trade.ru/neftmap/
Now, apart from you, no one can make a map with arbitrary points, or what?
Somehow crazy. What are the grounds for sanctions?

Court.
Then, access to the server is covered ("blocking" so-called).
But it is quite enough that only the threat to do this is enough.

Are there any inscriptions, warnings, authorship, and so on on those pages that are being copied from you? Roughly speaking, the mark "do not copy, this is mine"?

First we must ask you - how can you prove that it is necessary to punish "literate" people, and not you? The state has many different mechanisms, but in order to launch them, you need papers, papers, papers ... And now it turns out
- the site is hosted by Vasya Petrov
- the domain is registered for Sidor Karpovich
- the development was done by Sergey Sergeev and his
copyright ran out...

If you believe that the site or its individual elements are objects of intellectual property and exclusive rights belong to you (your organization), then you must:
1. file a claim to stop the violation of your rights
2. go to court
But before that, re-read the bold and think.
