Can I distribute a font from Google Fonts with my program?

Good afternoon.
I'm going to distribute a shareware program.
For all text inscriptions in the program, it is supposed to use a font from Google Fonts.
On the subject, if the end user does not have this font in the system, I plan to put the font in the distribution.
How legal is it?

Each font comes with a license file, you need to read it and it will say what is allowed and what is not. Without a font name, only you can figure out what license it is under.
