In what case is it possible or not to use a third-party font on your site?

Hello. Sorry for the noob question. I just don't smoke at the moment. How do you know if you can use a certain font on your site? Clear business it is necessary to look at Copyright. But firstly, I don’t quite understand what “can NOT be used for commercial purposes” means regarding the font. If this is an online store, can it be used there? And secondly, for some fonts of figs you will find what information on their rights. I need the MagistralC font . Collection sites are googled where this font is simply stupidly laid out. Such sites, after all, can also be semi-pirated. One reads "Please refer to the Copyright section for the font trademark attribution notices."

https://www.paratype.ru/pstore/fonts/Magistral.htm Paratype paid font.
PS: Life hack: In Google you drive in "buy font name" and you go to the manufacturer / distributor
