Why are the letters in the downloaded font displayed in normal font?
In general, things are like this. The page uses font-face to include a font taken from fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/. The import code is taken from there. The font file is loaded, but both in the preview of the downloaded font in chrome and on the page, only the numbers correspond to this font, and the letters are displayed in a standard font (both Cyrillic and Latin). What could be the reason?

If you look into the CSS class, you will see that this font mostly covers ASCII characters.
Most likely, the Cyrillic and Latin alphabets are simply not implemented in the font.
