How to organize payment for services on the aggregator website?

Hello!
Suppose I created an aggregator site for a certain type of service.
How to organize work in the seller of services in terms of payment? Provided that the buyer of the service pays for it on my website and the money goes immediately to the seller's account. The merchant does not have a payment API. The seller pays me my commission separately after the service is rendered.

How to organize it technically, and from the side of concluding an agreement with the seller?
