What's wrong with vktracking?

Hello. Faced a problem. Vktracking was installed on the site and for some reason, when you first visit the site, the iframe with it overlaps the browser window. It turns out that first we click on vktracking and then we already go through the site. Site on Joomla, this was not observed on other sites. When inspecting an iframe, it has styles:

position: fixed;
    top: 0px;
    left: 0px;
    bottom: 0px;
    right: 0px;
    width: 100%;
    height: 100%;

How can this be fixed?
