How to login to phpmyadmin to edit database in Joomla?

The guys have a username and password to enter the phpmyadmin site on joomla, there is also access to the admin panel and ftp. I can’t figure out how to enter phpmyadmin, I can’t find links in the admin panel, the url like site.ru/phpmyadmin/ doesn’t work. How to enter, tell me?

The link must be looked for at the hosting site, most likely, or the phpmyadmin folder throughout the folder tree on the hosting.
