What's wrong with the shopping cart in Bitrix?

Hello everybody!
The cart looks like this prntscr.com/fe9ycq, after adding a product it becomes like this prntscr.com/fe9yjk, and when the page is refreshed it returns to its previous form prntscr.com/fe9ycq
What is the catch of this behavior and how to remove it?

You have made your template, which is taken from the template.php file when loaded. When adding a product, the cart is updated and the code is taken from the ajax.php file (maybe called differently, I don’t remember exactly), in the cart template folder, and replaces the cart with new data
